By registering as a volunteer, I acknowledge that I will follow instructions provided by The ALS Association staff and volunteer leaders and will conduct myself in a safe and respectful manner throughout the event.

I understand that volunteer activities may involve standing, walking, lifting, bending, and working outdoors in varying weather conditions. If I am unable to safely perform my assigned duties, I will notify an ALS Association staff member.

I also understand that photographs and/or video may be taken during the event and may be used by The ALS Association for promotional, educational, and fundraising purposes.
