I hereby waive all claims against the ALS Association, sponsors, or personnel for any injury that I may suffer from my participation as a volunteer at the 2026 Walk to Defeat ALS Twin Cities. I grant full permission for organizers to use photographs, videotapes, motion pictures, recordings, or any other record of this event. I confirm that I am at least 18 years old (the minimum age to sign for myself) or the parent/guardian of this minor volunteer. I agree that if any portion of this Waiver is deemed to be invalid, the remainder of the Waiver will still be binding and enforceable.
